200 gm sweet potato puree
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
½ tsp dry mustard
⅓ cup water
¼ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
1 pinch ground clove
1 pinch ground allspice
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
After pureeing the sweet potato, I added the rest of the ingredients and blended for 10 seconds on speed 5.
