Today at my house :-)

Well today I haven't done much. I went through my fruit and cut up a few kiwi fruits, apples, oranges and strawberries and put them into different bags and in the freeze all ready for sorbet. I also juiced a bunch of lemons and now have a ice-cube tray full of lemon juice.
It is now time to clean up the mess I have made then get started on making butter from the 4x 600ml cartons of cream I have and then make some buttermilk pizza dough roll out top with tomato paste and cheese and put into the freezer all ready for those lazy nights.

Dinner tonight is going in the oven, a super 4ingredients honey baked chicken with veggies (will probably cook them in preston.

Both kids have just gone to sleep!! Nows my chance to get started on the butter!!  

I have done nothing, except make coffee lol

I'm at work today so I won't be doing anything until dinner tonight when I get home. I have taken chicken breast out so thinking of making a curry. I feel like curry  

Haha hubby made me coffee today... Wasn't very good. Don't know how you muck up instant lol

I haven't done anything cooking wise due to:
4 loads of washing, clean-up after last nights storm (garden soil washed onto concrete pathway at front of house), then had my Mum to hearing specialist, then met my brother for lunch "down town", then raced home to get washing off line before the rain from storm no1 for today, and now I'm at the computer so nothing much will be done for a while now.  
But I am thinking chicken curry for dinner tonight..... if I can get up the energy to get out of this chair. lol

I feel like chicken curry now!! I may make one tomorrow. My pizza dough is proving while the little man sleeps on my lap.

Picked up 2 x 300 ml pure cream today for .56c each almost out of date, made 300g beautiful butter which I use for cooking. Steamed a piece of bolar blade beef in Varoma, which I marinated for a while (keeping for cold meat) taking Thermie to Melb with me tomorrow (babysitting grandies) kids will help make chicken nuggets, Asian chicken meatball soup, playdough. Will be fun.

Well I finally got through all I wanted to do today! Yay!!
The kids woke up grumpy as all he'll and hubby has been gone all Arvo on a boys thing. Meant to pick him up soon but he's leaving it a bit late to call so ill probably tell him too bad n make ur one way home!!

I made Cashew Nut Butter today, the kids loved it.

I tried the peanut butter. We weren't fans at all. I like my kraft too much!! How did you make the cashew but butter?
