Quick and Easy Chocolate Cake

Chocolate Cake - easy and yum
Pre Heat Oven 180C and Line & grease a loaf tin.
Melt: 120g Butter 2 1/2 mins, 70 deg on speed 1.
Add: 2 Eggs, 100g Milk, 1 tsp Vanilla, 120g Sugar, 120g SR Flour, 30g Coco, 1 tsp Baking Powder.
Mix 30sec Speed 5, scrape down the sides then 5 sec on speed 5.
Pour into loaf tin and bake for 25 minutes.
or I doubled the recipe and used a round tin
