Katy's Quick Pear Flan
For this one I was inspired by an apple cake recipe that I have actually never made, and created my own and am really happy with the results!
Ingredients:
100g Coconut oil
1 x large tin of pear halves
190g SR flour
180g caster sugar
200g milk
2 eggs
Method:
Preheat oven to 180C
Drain pears and slice, arranging evenly over the base of a lightly greased flan dish.
If solidified, melt coconut oil in Bella at 37C.
Add all other ingredients to the jug and combine for 20 sec, speed 5 or until thoroughly mixed.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden.
Serve warm with cream, custard or ice cream!
