Banana ice-cream - one ingredient!
If you're wondering what to do with your new toy why not try the world's easiest ice-cream recipe?
Ingredients:
1 Banana per person
Method:
Peel and slice bananas into rounds, approx 5mm in width.
Spread out onto a tray lined with baking paper and pop in the freezer for a few hours.
Add to your cooker's bowl (mine is a Bellini) and whip for approximately 20 seconds, speed 5, until light and fluffy.
Serve immediately, either plain or with your topping of choice.
Variations:
Your imagination is your only limit, you can add a spoonful of milo, nutella, peanut butter, some other frozen fruit/s, or anything else your heart desires.
Note:
The best consistency is achieved by whipping the frozen banana rounds just before serving. You can store leftovers in the freezer but they will discolour and be harder to manage with time.
