recipe by Karena Peisker- bellini addicts page -

250 mls thickened cream
1 tablespoon whole seeded mustard
Cracked black pepper, salt
1 Egg yolk to thicken.

Leaving the measuring cup out, combine cream, mustard & pepper on speed 3 at 80 degrees for 3-4 mins. Turn off the heat & add egg yolk & salt to taste still on speed 3 for 1 minute. Sit for a minute or 2.
