Spinach dip
Spinach dip posted by Lauryn Smeelie
1 pkt frozen spinach
1 pkt spring veg soup mix( i use the continental one)
half tub sour cream
half tub cream cheese
Place all ingredients into the bowl and wiz for around 30 seconds on speed 5.
Take the inside of a cob loaf out and put the dip in to cook. Place the inside pieces around the cob loaf on the oven tray and they will go nice and crunchy, great for dipping. Cook for 30 - 45 minutes on 180 degrees.
•Vicky Scott Last time I did the spinach dip I did French onion soup instead of veg & it was still yummy :-)
• Sophie Scott I use the same spinach recipe but also add water chestnuts for some crunch!!
